How do I pick up my race entry bib?

Race Entry collection will be open on Saturday 27th October from 9am - 2pm at Johnstone Park, Geelong. You can collect your race bib and schedule from our Registration Marquee which will be located within the park closest to Gheringhap Street. If you don’t mind a queue, you may also collect your race bib on event morning, our registration marquee will open at 8am although it is a good idea to arrive with plenty of time to pick up your pack and get to your first session.

Is there anywhere that I can leave my bag?

We have a bag storage area which will be set up next to our registration marquee in Johnstone Park. Please don’t bring lots of valuables along as we can’t be liable for anything that goes missing. We suggest keeping money/phones/cameras with you.

How do I get there? Where should I park my car?

On Sunday parking is free in Geelong CBD but time limits must be adhered too! We suggest catching public transport or getting dropped off by a friend/family member. Johnstone Park is directly opposite Geelong Train Station, so it is super easy to catch the train and walk to the event!

You may also park your car across the road in the Civic Centre Cark Park. Fees apply.

I have forgotten which sessions I booked into, help!

That’s not a worry. We will be emailing everyone who has registered with a full schedule/map of the day on the Wednesday evening prior to the event. We asked you to let us know what sessions you wanted to participate in to gauge numbers, but feel free to turn up to any session on the day. Your ticket gives you access to all sessions regardless of if you are scheduled in.

Do I need to bring any money?

Your ticket includes all Workouts/speaker sessions and cooking demonstrations BUT we have a number of incredible local businesses joining us at our wellness market with a whole host of incredible goodies available for purchase AND we thought that you might get hungry so we have organised the best healthy food trucks in town.. And coffee… lots and lots of coffee. So in short - best to bring some cash.

Climbing to the top of Geelong’s tallest building sounds like a big climb, how big exactly?

WorkSafe Headquarters is 12 floors high and 264 stairs to the top! We estimate that our fastest runners will complete the climb within 5 minutes and our walkers roughly 15 minutes. Make sure that you warm up before you start the climb over at the main stage by participating in one of our workouts.

When you reach the top, there will be a drink of water and the best view of our city waiting for you. You have roughly 15 minutes to catch your breath and enjoy the view before we will escort you back to ground floor via the lift.

Please ensure that you are physically able to climb the stairs, we will be asking all participants to sign our waiver form at race bib collection. If you don’t sign it - unfortunately you won’t be able to participate.

Is free drinking water available?

Yes! Our friends at Barwon Water have provided us with 2 x hydration stations within Johnstone Park to keep us all hydrated. You can drink directly from the water stations. We love the environment and really like to avoid wastage as much as possible so we encourage you to bring your own water bottle from home to fill up.

We also have a water station at the top of WorkSafe Headquarters for those climbing the stairs and of course water will be for sale at our food village.

Do you have medical at the event?

Absolutely! We care about your safety. We have a medical team stationed at both WorkSafe Headquarters AND Johnstone Park if you come into any trouble. Please just one of our friendly team know that you are struggling and they will ensure that you receive medical attention promptly.
